2. Products
• All our wigs are custom-made to order.
All wigs, bundles, and closures are described and displayed as accurately as possible
• Due to the natural characteristics of human hair, slight variations in color, texture, and density may occur.
• Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or changes are not permitted.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payments
• Orders are processed once full payment is received.
• Payments must be made using the secure methods provided on our website.
• HairDronica reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud.
4. Shipping & Delivery (South Africa only)
• We currently ship only within South Africa.
• Delivery timelines will be communicated after order confirmation. Delays caused by couriers, load-shedding, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of HairDronica.
• Customers must ensure delivery information is correct. We are not liable for losses or delays due to incorrect addresses.
5. Returns & Exchanges
• Because all wigs are custom-made, returns and exchanges are generally not permitted.
• Exceptions apply only if:
• The wig supplied is defective, or
• An incorrect product was delivered.
• Custom-colored wigs, styled wigs, or wigs where the lace has been cut are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.
• Customers must notify HairDronica within 3 days of delivery to request a return.
• Wigs must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in original packaging.
6. Care & Maintenance
• Customers are responsible for correct care of wigs.
• HairDronica provides wig-care guidance but cannot be held liable for damage caused by dyeing, styling, heat tools, or improper maintenance outside our services.
7. Limitation of Liability
• HairDronica’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual Property
• All content, product images, designs, and branding belong to HairDronica and may not be used without written consent.
9. Governing Law
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
